NIKKI SIXX Defends VINCE NEIL After Fan Criticism: “He’s My Brother And You Can Go Suck A Dick”
Mötley Crüe bassist Nikki Sixx has come to the defense of frontman Vince Neil after a fan took to social media to criticize the singer’s appearance and vocal ability.
On Saturday (March 7), an X user wrote to Sixx: “You should get Vince jogging or some Ozempic. Fat shit can’t sign” [sic]. Which is a pretty ballsy move. We’ve talked our fair share of shit about Neil over the years, but at least we’re not just handing out stray comments on X.
The following day, Nikki fired back: “What an embarrassing thing to post to me about my singer who’s been with me for 45 years. No matter what you think he’s my brother and you can go suck a dick.”
Mötley Crüe’s 2025 Las Vegas residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM, originally scheduled for spring 2025, was postponed after Neil revealed he had suffered a stroke on Christmas 2024.
In a September 2025 interview, he disclosed that the Christmas stroke followed a series of previous strokes, leaving him unable to get out of bed that morning. Since then, Neil has undergone extensive physical therapy and training to return to performing.
Looking ahead, Mötley Crüe is set to launch The Return Of Carnival Of Sins tour, celebrating both the 20th anniversary of their 2005-2006 Carnival Of Sins tour and the band’s 45th anniversary.
The 33-city trek will kick off on July 17, 2026, at the Pavilion at Star Lake in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, with support from Extreme and Tesla. Get your tickets here.
