TRIVIUM Save Abandoned Kittens While On Their Poisoned Ascendancy Tour with BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE
Some good news for your Sunday morning – metal bands Trivium and Bullet For My Valentine helped save abandoned kittens while on their Poisoned Ascendancy Tour throughout the US.
On Saturday (the 17th), Trivium uploaded a video to Instagram documenting the process of saving the kittens and their mother. While three of the four kittens were easy access, one of them had managed to wiggle their way into the inside of a diesel generator.
Setting out water and tuna for the mother who was hiding in a nearby storm drain, members of Trivium band and crew collected the three kittens they could, placing them in a cardboard box with water, in the shade, while they worked on retrieving the one stray from inside.
Once they had been secured, Trivium bassist Paolo Gregoletto called the fire department, and when firefighters had arrived to the scene, they removed panels from the outside of the diesel generator to gain access to the inside.
Once a panel – alongside a fire-hazardous cardboard box that had wound up in the generator – had been removed, a member of the band’s crew managed to wriggle himself into the tight space where he managed to safely retrieve the fourth and final kitten.
Assumingly he had a look around in case there were any more before he was helped out, and given a red plastic firefighter hat for his valiant efforts.

As mentioned, and despite the supposed drama surrounding the tour and it being cut short, Trivium just have one more date on their Poisoned Ascendancy Tour with Bullet For My Valentine. You can find a link for tickets here.
