Watch: JOSH HOMME Returns To The Stage For The First Time Post-Medical Emergency
Queens Of The Stone Age sadly started cancelling and postponing their 2024 live shows due frontman Josh Homme suffering from an unspecified health issue back in July. Then in August, the band cleared their schedule for the entirety of 2024 and promised to get back at it in 2025. While the nature of Homme‘s issue remains undisclosed, Homme got back on the stage for the first time since July and he sounded great!
Homme took part in a celebration of his former Queens Of The Stone Age bandmate Mark Lanegan‘s life on December 5 at The Roundhouse in London, England. You can check out footage of Homme doing his thing above and below, and frankly he sounds great! The rest of the lineup included:
- Dave Gahan (Depeche Mode)
- Chrissie Hynde (The Pretenders)
- Bobby Gillespie (Primal Scream)
- Greg Dulli
- Alison Mosshart
- Soulsavers
- Troy Van Leeuwen (Queens Of The Stone Age)
Queens Of The Stone Age‘s rescheduled dates for 2025 in North America thus far are:
