Watch “Moancore” Metal Group NOT ENOUGH SPACE’s New Video For “Devil Left Me On Read”

What is moancore, you ask? It’s exactly what you think it is. Metal with moaning.
After making headlines late last year with the track “Primitive” and it’s signature moan in the breakdown, Not Enough Space had hundreds of reaction videos flooding social media to the newfound… technique that had been incorporated. The track has over 4.5 million streams to date (March 14th), and it’s only been out for six months.
Now, they’ll be making headlines for the raunchy pig squeal the band includes in their newest track, “Devil Left Me On Read.”
Not Enough Space is composed of dirty vocalists Lizzie Raatma and Liv Mitchell, guitarist Tristan Kaos Green, bassist Jacob Sawyer, and drummer Maurice Jones – with Raatma and Mitchell sharing intense vocal responsibilities.
The band have yet to put out their debut record, but with the three singles “Primitive,” “Solace in Silence,” and now, “Devil Left Me On Read,” released in the last six months, moancore lovers can only hope that an album is down the pipeline.
Beyond the three most recent singles, to outsiders, Not Enough Space would appear to be in their infancy. With seven singles and one EP, the band should only just be developing a sound. But, hell, if Not Enough Space are ahead of the curve. An effervescent blend of metalcore and deathcore, the band is for fans of Veil of Maya, The Devil Wears Prada and A Day to Remember.
