GALACTIC EMPIRE Makes HARRY POTTER’s “Hedwig’s Theme” Very Metal With Their New Cover

Galactic Empire is putting down the Star Wars for a hot minute and picking up some classic Harry Potter – or more specifically, “Hedwig’s Theme” originally composed by John Williams.

“Attention Wizards, Witches, and Muggles! The Emperor has commissioned our brand new single ‘Harry Potter’ for an official streaming release,” wrote Galactic Empire of the cover.

“Feel the ultimate power of unrelenting shred and blast beats as our medley of the original John Williams score sonically annihilates your ear drums. The technical prowess of this particular piece drove us to madness more than ‘Mad-Eye’ Moody himself. “Harry Potter” will be featured on the band’s upcoming album Cinemetal, alongside previous releases including “Lord Of The Rings”, “Avengers”, “Pirates of the Caribbean”, and “Superman”. Cinemetal is set to be released on October 24 via Pure Noise Records and is available for pre-order now here.

Galactic Empire will be on the road this fall for a series of headline shows, as well as an upcoming tour with Bit Brigade. The band will also set sail to Cozumel, Mexico on the S.S. Neverender with Coheed and Cambria.
