AFTER THE BURIAL Stays Vicious With New Single “Hum From The Hollow”

After The Burial is back with their first new material in over two years, the ferocious single “Hum From The Hollow.” Unleashed alongside a dark, mesmerizing visualizer, the track dives headfirst into themes of psychological torment and inner decay, all while showcasing the band’s trademark fusion of precision-engineered guitar work, devastating vocals, and relentless rhythm.
Guitarist Trent Hafdahl describes the track as such: “This song is one of many from the new album that have the same theme: pissed off. Sometimes you have to strip it all down and give the fans something to let their anger out to, so that’s what we did here.”
Driven by Anthony Notarmaso‘s emotionally raw vocal assault and Hafdahl‘s intricate, 8-string riff barrage, “Hum From The Hollow” is both technically dazzling and brutally cathartic. Bassist Adrian Oropeza and drummer Dan Carle lock in with surgical precision, creating a backbone as heavy as it is airtight.
The single arrives just ahead of After The Burial‘s return to the stage on the North American leg of We Came As Romans‘ Bad Luck World Tour. Check out those dates below – along with Currents and Johnny Booth – and get your tickets here.
