Danish death metal unit Foetorem are back with a renewed sense of needing to make you as miserable as possible. Namely with their debut album Incongruous Forms Of Evergrowing Rot, which follows their debut 2025 demo and is just brutal.

If you’re a fan of Spectral Voice, Krypts, Mortiferum, and Hooded Menace, you’re going to love this. If you’re not, get better taste in death metal and then come back.

Recording and production were handled by Daniel Farre and Claus Andersen, with mastering from Dan Lowndes at Resonance Sound Studio. Visuals come courtesy of N. Zuki (Belial NecroArts), ensuring the aesthetic is as bleak as the music itself. Get your copy here.
