Justin Bieber Enlists Billie Eilish and SZA for Coachella Weekend Two
A Star-Studded Return to the Desert
Justin Bieber turned his second headlining appearance at Coachella into a memorable spectacle, welcoming a series of high-profile surprise guests to the stage. Following a first weekend that saw appearances from the Kid Laroi, Tems, Dijon, and Wizkid, Bieber elevated the energy for Weekend Two with an even more ambitious roster of collaborators.
The set featured a standout moment with Sexyy Red, who joined the singer for the live debut of the Swag track “Sweet Spot.” The performance underscored Bieber’s ability to seamlessly blend his pop sensibilities with the current landscape of hip-hop and R&B.
Billie Eilish and SZA Join the Stage
One of the most talked-about segments of the evening occurred during the “YouTube portion” of the set. As the classic “One Less Lonely Girl” video played on the festival’s massive screens, Billie Eilish emerged from the crowd to join Bieber on stage. The intimate performance saw Bieber serenading Eilish, a moment that resonated deeply with fans given their shared history and mutual admiration.
Eilish has long cited Bieber as a primary musical inspiration, dating back to their first meeting at the 2019 edition of the festival. Their collaboration on a remix of her breakout hit “Bad Guy” remains a defining moment in their respective careers.
The surprises continued as Big Sean took the stage for renditions of “As Long as You Love Me” and “No Pressure.” Dijon returned to perform “Devotion,” and the set reached a crescendo when SZA appeared to perform her hit “Snooze.” The two artists had previously collaborated on the track during SZA’s performance at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium in 2025.
Looking Toward the Future
While these Coachella performances currently represent the only scheduled dates on Bieber’s calendar, they have ignited significant speculation regarding a potential return to touring. Fans are hopeful that the singer may soon announce his first major trek since the conclusion of his Justice World Tour in 2022, which was cut short following his diagnosis with Type 2 Ramsay Hunt syndrome.
